Doug Friend
The President is the leader of the chapter. He/she is the clubs figurehead and is usually the spokesman when dealing with the police, other Moto Clubs organizations and the media. The President is the chairman at club and executive meetings. The president is responsible for the delegation of tasks required for effective club operations . The President has the authority to spend up to $5000 at their discretion
The V.P. is second in charge and fills in when the president is away. The V.P. is the heir apparent to the club leadership. It’s his/her job to make sure that matters passed at club meetings are carried out in a timely matter and assists the President in club matters
Doug “Odie” Reese
The Secretary is responsible for the clubs minutes. The Secretary keeps minutes of meetings and records dates of significant events. The Secretary will send minutes meetings to the executive in a timely matter.
Paul Herzig
The Treasurer is responsible for all club financials. The Treasurer will keep accurate record of the club financial records and inventory value. No club finances can be spent without the approval of the club Officers.
Kevin Paulini
The Sergeant at Arms enforces club procedures and maintains order at club meetings. The Sergeant at Arms is in charge of security at club events.
Gary Williams
The Head Road Captain coordinates all club planned rides (RC schedule) and the Safety Orientation Program. He/she will also assure that all Road Captains are properly trained and carry out their Road Captain responsibilities.
Rob Bosch
Maintain membership applications and members list and advise the Tech Director and President of any membership changes. Monitor 90 day probations member applications
Michael Merryman
The Tech Director works with the other officers and members to relay all information out to the club members online via the internet and maintains the clubs e-mail account, e docs, web site and Facebook page.
Nancy Allan
The Events Coordinator overlooks all club events i.e. Toy Ride, Christmas Party, Anniversary Party, Club BBQ. Other events may be held at the executive’s will.
The Past President remains a member of the club executive once he/she as resigned as President. The Past Present assists the new president with guidance from his or her experience.
